A member-led effort for informed dialogue
IAF Matters exists because members should be able to understand significant governance and certification changes before deciding what they think.
The Working Group is independent and is not presented as an official IAF body. Its role is to organise the record, make questions legible, and support proportionate member participation.

Editorial voice
Calm enough to be trusted. Clear enough to matter.
The site speaks to members who may be encountering these issues for the first time, as well as members already involved in IAF work.
Evidence-led
Separate verified fact, source, open question, and interpretation.
Constructive
Support improvement while asking whether authority, process, and safeguards are legitimate.
Proportionate
Invite people to read, reflect, ask, and act at a level they are ready for.
What this site is—and is not
It is a public briefing, not a public evidence dump.
It names formal sources and explains why they matter. Sensitive background, private conversations, personal data, and unapproved quotations remain protected. Questions are framed firmly, but individual motives are not asserted without evidence.
